Our Story
PropManager was born in 2020 from the frustration of experienced property managers who were tired of juggling multiple spreadsheets, chasing rent payments, and managing maintenance requests through WhatsApp and phone calls.
Our founders, David Kimani and Grace Wanjiru, combined their expertise in real estate and technology to create a solution that truly understands the Kenyan property market. From M-Pesa integration to multi-language support, every feature is designed with local needs in mind.
Today, we're proud to serve over 500 property managers across Kenya, managing more than 5,000 properties and facilitating millions of shillings in rent payments every month.
