By accessing and using PropertyManager, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
PropertyManager is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that provides property management tools including tenant management, rent collection, maintenance tracking, and analytics for property managers, landlords, and real estate professionals.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer.
You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable except as required by law.
We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Your data is stored securely and will not be shared with third parties except as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.
PropertyManager shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
You may terminate your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms.
Upon termination, you will have 30 days to export your data before it is permanently deleted.
